This customer contacted us as some of the store employees were not comfortable with the breakers in the panel box needing attention when a breaker would trip. The panel box had no identifying labels to let them know what they could turn on and off. A panel box can be somewhat intimidating especially those who know nothing about electricity except that it can shock you. It is important that your panel is labeled so that in a situation where your circuit trips, you can identify what circuit it is on.
Our certified technician took the time to trace out each of these circuits and placed a label on the panel box door for the employees to see what each of the breakers turned on and off. This procedure is very important especially in an emergency situation.
If your panel box is missing labels or is just plain old and outdated we suggest a free in home estimate to review and if needed install a new panel box.
This recent lighting project was very successful for a local church in the area that serves to the public regularly both day and night. The upgrade in lighting was more than necessary to illuminate the parking lot areas as well as the walk-ways to allow many who pass through their doors safely. The project was also a savings to this church as the upgrade in lighting allowed for a new LED lamp to replace the old standard lighting and for a qualified for the NYSERDA credit as well. The new lights are such an upgrade from what was previously in place and the church is both happy an grateful.
We installed entryway lighting for the Temple in Palmyra, NY. The before picture shows how dark the entryway was and with the hundreds of people who attend this Temple, the new lighted area is much brighter, more inviting and safer for walking in the dark hours.
Old fuse boxes for apartments, Marlock Electric brought them all into one nice clean panel. Another great example of Marlock Electric's exceptional quality of work!
This customer was having their house sided and the contractor noticed some severe aging on the electric service cable. They then reached out to us for our professional opinion as to whether it should be replaced or not. As you can see from the before photo the outer sheathing of the cable was in rough shape. We installed a brand new 100 amp electrical service with new panel box, breakers and new grounding. Now the new siding will look that much better when complete.
