Faulty Breaker for home in Webster, NY

Challenge

We recently were called out on a service call to Phyllis C's home in Webster, NY as she believed her dryer outlet was faulty. She didn't notice anyting else in the house that was faulty so our service technician went to troubleshoot the non-working outlet.

Solution

After tracing out the connection from the dryer outlet to the panel box, it was determined that her HOM230 breaker in her panel box was faulty. This could have been quite costly a repair if our professional service technician had not traced out the line and assumed that the outlet did need replacement. We work very hard for our customers to diagnose and repair correctly the first time, everytime.
