Generator Relocation and Install Project Webster NY
Challenge
Rod contacted Marlock Electric needing assistance with relocating his 16KW Generac unit. Our technician was tasked with moving the customer's generator from his old property in Marion, to installing the unit at his new residence in Webster. Marlock Electric was also faced with the complication of being able to complete this job with only 1 technician on-site due to New York State's guidelines during the Co-vid 19 pandemic.
Solution
As shown in the pictures, Marlock Electric did a superb job of relocating and installing Rod's generator on his new property. Our technician shows the quality of his work by leveling the ground and placing the customer's generator on a concrete pad to keep protected from mud & dirt. The installation also included our technician wiring in Generac's automatic transfer switch to the main panel box for automatic power in case of a sudden power outage. Rod was elated with work our technician performed and grateful for Marlock Electric's help during the transition between properties!
