Commercial Electrical Services Photo Album: Crerand Commons Phase II
Crerand Commons is a development located in Gates, NY with 2 different "phases." Marlock Electric had the pleasure of installing all new lighting and the electrical services for Phase II which came after the original Crerand Apartments. Our team installed all the new lighting for the multi-family homes, as well as an electrical service for each one. Pictured is a glimpse at some of the lighting we installed in each apartment. There are multiple buildings in the development which are considered multi-family homes, with each one consisting of 4 units/apartments.

Kitchen/Dining Room
Our team installed a surface mount for light in the dining room to illuminate an area for eating, from overhead. You can see the glow of LED lighting in the kitchen above the work space for cooking.
Entryway into the unit
Surface mount lighting to welcome any residents or guests.

Pictured is one of the bedrooms (each unit has 2) with surface mount lighting on the ceiling.
