A recent call from a firm looking to help a homeowner sell their home prompted our company to go out and inspect the property prior to putting it on the market. There were several code violations that our technician pointed out, took photos of and made suggestions for.
Solution
We were able to send an accurate account of all violations and the necessary actions to make the repairs and give the firm a price to repair the needed violations.
